New diet today...not really a 'diet' as such, but a lifestyle change. Its suppose to be really good for people with ulcerative colitis (which i have...) and mine has been playing up lately. ANYTHING to not go on the drugs i've been on before and to stay out of hospital!
If you don't know what colitis is, you should look it up! - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulcerative_colitis More people suffer from it than you probably think. Mine occurs 25cm into the large intestines (starting from the bottom going up that is!!) - so quite a large length.
