Currently doing this on my iPod as I can't stay on the computer for too long. Today I went to physio and I was a little scared. She told me I should start walking and to be honest it's not as bad as what I thought. Although I have very little knee muscle, especially in the left one. Betty and Teale came over to keep me company and we watched Due Date, Easy A and Going the Distance :) was lots of fun!!
